This provision is outstanding The outstanding and visionary leadership of the provider enables children to learn and staff to teach with high levels of enthusiasm and excitement. Staff are energetic and provide a vibrant and stimulating environment. Children make rapid progress from their starting points.

Children's behaviour is remarkable. They help each other, work together and become deeply absorbed in their learning. Parents hold the pre-school in extremely high regard.

The verbal praise received at the inspection was overwhelming and heartening. Children's progress is monitored thoroughly. Assessment information is analysed by the provider to ensure that no child is... left behind.

Staff work closely with external agencies to support children even further. Relationships are extremely positive between staff and children. The children are confident and self-motivated.

Regular events are planned throughout the year. Parents spoke about the baking days and other activities that happen. These events have helped staff build close and productive links with parents, and these relationships benefit children's learning and promotes their attendance.
